It is specializes in Sensory Integration (SI), Neuro Developmental Therapy (NDT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Behaviour Therapy(BT) ,Cognitive Perceptual training, Handwriting training and ADL (self skills) training. We use a family-centred approach to treatment. Our sessions focus on individualized assessment, enrichment, and integration of your child’s abilities. Parents are encouraged to participate in the therapeutic process so that the child can continue to build on their skills and apply them in their daily lives.

All children are very different. They react and respond to therapy differently and therefore, the approach to occupational therapy/speech therapy should be tailored to that child's needs. Dr.U.Ganapathy Sankar is a Director of Kids therapy center. He is a pediatric occupational therapist & Certified Sensory Integration Therapist (USA) with over 12 years experience working with children and their families. He started Kids Therapy Center after recognizing the need for a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic in Chennai. His holistic approach to the health and well-being of children is at the heart of his work. Through Kids therapy center, he is committed to supporting and educating families in an environment that is safe and inviting. He facilitates evidence based practice in the field of pediatric occupational therapy to improve quality of life of children.

As your child comes for therapy he/she can expect to spend each treatment session with a qualified occupational Therapist/Speech Therapist/Special educators. The care given at Kids Therapy Centre is directed towards a functional improvement in your Child’s activities of daily living and overall performance. Sensory Integration therapy, Neuro Developmental Therapy, Behaviour therapy, Cognitive Perceptual training, ADL training, Handwriting training are part of our occupational therapy intervention program. Each therapy session will be tailored to the child’s specific needs and abilities.
